50% Cabernet Sauvignon 25% Shiraz 25% Merlot | Hand-picked | A unique dry blend wine that was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, then stored in a neutral stainless steel tank for a relaxation process, bottled at the end of 2019, currently in the advanced stages of a quality aging process. Characterized by the taste of berries, red blueberries and tobacco with a long and aromatic finish. This wine is named after the "Ekron Stream" that runs north of our vineyard. Drinking window: Recommended for immediate drinking, with a final amount of tannins suitable for short aging of up to a year.
