100% Cabernet Sauvignon The grapes were grown on the vineyards of the Makhlouf family in its southern part and harvested by hand. The vineyards are planted in clayey limestone soil and watered in minimal amounts of water hence the unique taste and color of the wine. The wine was aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels.
