A balanced blend consisting of 50% Cabernet and 50% Shiraz This is named after Ein Gibton located east of the vineyard. The wine is aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels and is characterized by a unique taste of berries, blackberries and tobacco with a long and aromatic kosher finish all year round including Passover, without fear of dipping, seventh and foreskin.
