Lala Zahara Arak is made according to the best traditions by carefully distilling grape wine. The distillation is done in a 100-liter Dodit alembic distillery, which provides precise control over the stages of alcohol purification. The arak is seasoned in the third distillation stage with our own unique spice blend. Its taste is characterized by a long finish of wood and tobacco resulting from the wine being aged in oak barrels, which adds to the uniqueness and taste of the arak.
